MANCHESTER - Robert B. Conway, 67, of Manchester and Sarasota, Fla., died unexpectedly Feb. 18, 2013, in Sarasota.

The son of the late John B. and Edna (Gottschling) Conway, he was a graduate of Manchester West High School and New Hampshire College, now Southern New Hampshire University.

Self-employed in the pest control business (New England Pest Control), he had previously worked at the former Dobles Chevrolet, had managed the Radio Shack Computer Center, and owned and operated several gift/furniture stores.

He was a member of the 20th Skeet and Clays Club of Hooksett, Pointer Fish and Game Club of Bedford, and Sarasota Trap, Skeet & Clays. He served on the board of directors at Central Park II Condominiums, Sarasota, Fla., and held membership in the Manchester Historical Association and Currier Museum of Art, Manchester.

His family includes his wife, Judith (Belisle); a daughter, Deirdre Conway of Manchester; a son, Michael Conway (and Bethany Walker) of Candia; three grandchildren, Simon Zarka of San Francisco, Calif., Mack Sawaya of Manchester, and Sidonie Walker-Conway of Candia; his brother, John J. Conway of Sarasota, Fla.; a sister, Susan Miller of Lilburn, Ga.; nieces and nephews.


SERVICES: Toale Brothers Funeral Home and Crematory in Sarasota, Fla., is in charge of arrangements. There will be no calling hours.

A memorial service is planned at the convenience of the family at a later date.
