DEERING - William R. Remillard, 50, died at home after battling a progressive illness, with his dog "Jamaica" at his side. William, better known as "Bill," was born and raised in Goffstown.

He lived the majority of his life there before moving to Deering two years ago where he and his soul mate made a beautiful home together. He was the devoted son of the late Edmond J. and Rita Gravel Remillard (his beloved mother).
Mr. Remillard worked for New Hampshire Department of Transportation, District 2. He previously owned and operated Rem's Septic Service and Remillard Transport, as well as co-owning REM Bro's Paving. Bill will be remembered as a hard working man and devoted husband, father, and pepe'. He was the heart and soul of his family. He had an infectious smile that could light up any room. Bill was a good man with strong family values. He will be missed by many.
He was predeceased by a brother, Edmond "Sonny" Remillard Jr.
Family members include his wife, Charnel H. (Kulingoski) Remillard of Deering; two children, Robert Kulingoski of Manchester and Amber Whitfield of Weare; three grandchildren, Landon, Atticus and Lola; five siblings, Gary D. (Louise) Remillard of Hillsborough, Peter (Karen) Remillard of Washington, Nancy Durost of Londonderry, Sandra Bouldry of Chester and Jo-Ann (Richard) Leclerc of Weare; one godchild, Jodi Leclerc of Weare; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Let us not forget his dearest friends, Terry and Diane Hawkins, Jay and Gail Burbee, and Ronald and Ruth Rivard.
SERVICES: Calling hours are Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. in French and Rising Funeral Home 17 S. Mast St., Goffstown. The funeral is Thursday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. For more information or to sign an online guestbook go to www.frenchandrising.com.
