MANCHESTER - Madeleine Y. Drouin, 87, of Manchester, died May 11, 2014, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home after a period of failing health.She was born in St. Ephrem de Beauce, Quebec, Canada, on May 31, 1926, to Philippe and Emerilda (Viger) Drouin. She had been a Manchester resident most of her life.She was a communicant of Parish of the Transfiguration.Family members include her husband of 71 years, Henri L. Drouin of Manchester; six sons, Rejean Drouin of Laconia and Florida, Marc A. Drouin of Manchester, Nelson J. Drouin of Florida, Richard N. Drouin of Manchester, Renauld Drouin of Weare and Serge Drouin of Hooksett; two daughters, Micheline Pomerleau of Manchester and Jocelyne Gawel of Goffstown; 32 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; four brothers, Clement Drouin of St. Ephrem de Beauce, Qubec; Arnold Drouin of Berlin, Clermont Drouin of Gorham and Romeo Drouin of Concord; three sisters, Laurette Fontaine of Hudson Falls, N.Y., Leonne Dubord of Quadeloupe, Quebec, and Monique Perrault of Lewiston, Maine; many nieces and nephews..
