MANCHESTER - Eric Robert Phaneuf, 33, of Manchester passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 6, 2014, with loving family at his side.

Eric was born in Manchester on April 14, 1981, to Robert Phaneuf and Betty (Duhamel) Stogniew. He was raised in Maine and attended area schools. Most recently, Eric was working as a truck driver with Poultry Products Northeast, LLC.
Eric deeply enjoyed being outdoors, whether he was fishing, camping or playing golf. He was also a talented craftsman and loved working with his hands. Often described by his family as a gentle, hard-working man with a heart of gold, Eric was always there to help a person in need. His generosity was limitless; always giving the best of himself to friends and family. He was a devoted father, a loving son and a cherished brother and his loss will be felt deeply by all whose lives he touched.
Eric is survived by his wife, Csilla Schneider of Manchester; his children, Sienna and Rodier Phaneuf; his father, Robert Phaneuf of Manchester; his mother, Betty (Duhamel) Stogniew and stepfather, Julian Stogniew of Manchester; brother, Ryan Phaneuf of Goffstown; sister, Jilian Stogniew and her husband, Brian Roy of Sanbornton; brothers, Joshua and Tyler Stogniew, both of Manchester; grandmothers, Lois Duhamel and Muriel Stogniew, both of Manchester; mother-in-law, Csilla Bauman and father-in-law, Jeffrey Bauman of Concord; sister-in-law, Erika Schneider of Manchester; brothers-in-law Jeffrey Bauman of Massachusetts, Christopher Bauman of Concord and Alan Bauman of Concord; and many nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles and cousins.
