MANCHESTER - Geraldine P. (Pariseau) Cross, 90, of Manchester died on July 26, 2014 at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Manchester on Feb. 14, 1924, the daughter of Henry and Margaret (Connolly) Pariseau. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester and member of St. Pius X Parish.
Geraldine was a graduate of Manchester West High School and a member of TOPS New Hampshire #1. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and was a big fan of the Boston Red Sox.
Family members include her husband of 52 years, Harry O. Cross of Manchester; one sister, Theresa Pouliot of Goffstown; her sister-in-law Norma Pariseau of Bedford; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister Mary Grady, and two brothers, former Mayor of Manchester, Henry Pariseau and Wilfred Pariseau. Geraldine truly was loved by all.
services: Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Pius X Church, 575 Candia Road, Manchester. Committal prayers followed in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum.
