MANCHESTER - Charles F. Finefrock Jr., 86, of Manchester, passed away July 27, 2014.

Charlie was born Jan. 7, 1928, in Lancaster, Pa., a son of Charles and Ethel (Yellets) Finefrock and had been a Manchester resident for many years.

He was a graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School in Lancaster, Pa., as well as Hesser Business College in Manchester.

Prior to retirement, Charlie was a certified public accountant and comptroller with R.C. Hazelton Co. for 30 years. Following retirement, he was an AARP volunteer income tax preparer for the elderly and low-income families.

Charlie was a 60-year member of First Congregational Church in Manchester and a past master of Lafayette Masonic Lodge. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Family includes his wife of 60 years, Martha (Martin) Finefrock; two sons, Craig Finefrock and his wife Jeanine, and Chuck Finefrock and his girlfriend, Marianne; two daughters, Cheryl Labrie and her husband, Dennis, and Crystal Gaff and her wife, Kristi; four grandchildren, Kevin Finefrock and his wife Karen, Jeff Labrie and his wife, Katie, Krysten Finefrock, and Julie Labrie; one great-granddaughter, Layla Labrie; two brothers, Harry Finefrock and James Finefrock; nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as Charlie's beloved family dog, Ralphie.

Family wishes to express sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff at Hillsborough County Nursing Home and Home, Health and Hospice Care for their excellent and compassionate care.


SERVICES: Graveside services will be conducted at Forest Hill Cemetery in Derry, at the convenience of family.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Salvation Army, 121 Cedar St., Manchester, 03101.
