CONCORD -- Marie "Pearl" Audet, 98, of Shaker Road, a long-time resident of Walker Street, died Nov. 14, 2010, at Harris Hill Nursing Home.
She was born in Beauceville, Canada to Cleophus and Marie Therese (Hurley) Daigle. She attended school in Canada.
She was an active parishioner of St. Peter Church where she was a member of the Legion of Immaculate Heart of Mary, The Golden Ages Group and volunteered for many other church activities. She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
IN HER LIFE: She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Sauveur Audet, in 1989, and her brother, Henri Daigle. She is survived by her son, Henry Audet and his wife, Marilyn, of Rochester; three daughters, Yvette Crutchfield and her husband, David, of Concord, twins, Jeannette LaMarre and her husband, James, of Wolcott, Conn. and Jeanne Wilson and her husband, Ralph, of Concord; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main St., Concord. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Peter Church, 135 North State St., Concord. Burial will follow in the Concord Calvary Cemetery.
