WINDHAM - Gregory S. Cirino, 63, of Windham, died peacefully at his home on Aug. 30, 2013, after a period of declining health.

Greg was born on Jan. 31, 1950, in Winthrop, Mass., to Salvatore S. Cirino and Mary J. (Marciante) Cirino. Greg enjoyed his early years growing up in Boston's North End. He graduated from Medford, Mass., High School in 1967 and soon after entered the U.S. Air Force, where he served for four years.
Throughout his life, Greg enjoyed making new friends wherever he went. In the 1970s and '80s, he loved writing songs and playing lead guitar in various rock bands while living in Tucson, Ariz., and in Los Angeles. He excelled in the culinary arts in the kitchen; he loved to cook. He also liked to travel, play golf, have a good cigar and spend time with family and friends. He was highly skilled in numerous computer languages, software development and database management. Greg founded Cirelle Enterprises, Inc. in 1997, providing website development, management and hosting services for a wide variety of customers throughout the United States.
Greg is survived by his wife and life partner of 37 years, Patricia (Eller) Cirino; brother Jeffrey Cirino and his wife Eileen (Glynn) of Medford, Mass.; sister Jane Barry of Fairhaven, Mass.; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and two cats that adored him. Greg was predeceased by his parents.
