MANCHESTER - Andre "Andy" B. Spenard, 59, of Manchester, beloved husband of Darlene Hargis, passed away peacefully on Dec. 31, 2013, at Elliot Hospital with his loving family by his side.
The Guest Book is expired.
The eldest son to the late Andre Spenard and Margaret (Lefebvre) Spenard, Andy became the pillar of strength for his family after the passing of his father.
A down-to-earth man, Andy was passionate about the little things in life; a cold beer, a good basketball game and his joy for cooking. He loved spending time with his wife, dogs, his family and friends. During the summers, Andy especially cherished the company of his many friends. A kind and gentle soul, he was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Andy will be best remembered for his bright smile and generous spirit. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his wife and best friend, Darlene, Andy is survived by mother, Margaret Spenard of Windham; his six siblings, Jeanne Tibbets of Maine, Dorothy Welsh of Manchester, Henry Spenard of Ohio, Timothy "TJ" Spenard of Georgia, Patricia Jolicoeur of Manchester, and Arthur "Archie" of Virginia; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Andy was predeceased by his father, Andre Spenard, and sister, Elizabeth Duval.
