David F. Inskeep, 45, of Urbana, died Friday, January 24, 2014 in Columbus, OH.
He was born June 3, 1968 in Springfield, OH, the son of James and Susan (Sanders) Inskeep.
David, an All Ohio Football Player in 1985 and MVP for the Hillclimbers, graduated from Urbana High School in 1986, and attended the University of Dayton for two years. A professional firefighter
and paramedic, he received his paramedic training from Grant Hospital, Columbus. For several years he was a member of the Urbana Fire Department. He was the owner and instructor of the OTB Emergency Training, traveling throughout Ohio teaching.
David, a member of the Urbana Moose, was an avid Cincinnati Bengals fan, and loved fishing and dogs.
He was a loving, caring person to family and friends.
Survivors include his parents of Urbana, daughter, Allison, and sister, Teresa Stokes and her husband Chris of Urbana.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 28, 2014 in the WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 642 S. Main St., OH 43078 where the services will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 29, 2014 with Rev. Tim West officiating.
