Penny Whipple Obituary
Sangerfield
Penny L. Whipple, 63, of State Route 12, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013, at her home. She was born September 27, 1949, in West Winfield, a daughter of the late Francis and Dora Ostrander Wright. She received her education in Mt. Markham and Waterville schools. A life-long area resident, Penny had worked as a CNA at the Harding Nursing Home in Waterville for 20 years. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother whose greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially with her two youngest grandchildren who were the love of her life. Surviving are her children, Sheila Frazier and Kevin Rundle, of Sangerfield, and Gene and Jennifer Whipple, of Waterville; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Chris Viox, of Bridgewater; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Fran Galler, of Jacksonville, FL, Gene and Pat Galler, and Francis and Elaine Wright, all of Waterville, and Keith and Judy Wright, of Ocala, FL; four grandchildren, Michael, Ty, Taylor and Breanna; and many nieces, nephews and cousins, including a special niece, Debbie. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, from the Kloster-Northrop & Bentz Funeral Home, 210 E. Main St., Waterville. Interment will be in the Waterville Cemetery. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Tuesday (today), June 25, 2013, from 4 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
