Our loving wife, mother, sister, daughter and dear friend, Linda S. Robertaccio, 53, of Marcy, went home peacefully to be with our Lord and be reunited with her dad, Bill Smith, on March 23, 2013. Linda was the daughter of William and Joan Smith of Marcy. She married her high school sweetheart, George Robertaccio, on April 1, 2000. Besides her husband, she is survived by her beautiful daughters, Christina and Jillian Caraco; son, Frank Robertaccio; her mother, Joan Smith; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Frank and Marilyn Robertaccio, of Marcy; loving sister, Laura and husband, Rich Mowers; brothers and wives, David and Heidi Smith, Dennis and Denise Smith, and Daniel and Kathy Smith, all of Marcy; brother-in-law, Joe Robertaccio; sister-in-law, Susan Morreale; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; her dearest and closest friend, Carol Maier, of Cicero; and close friends, Mary Moylan and Heidi Edwards. Linda will always be remembered for the love she had for people and children of all ages. She takes with her memories of the Love Shack, the pond, and trips to the ocean. The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. O'Cearbhaill and Dr. Leitao at Memorial Sloan-Kettering, Dr. Razia and her staff, and a special thanks to Kathy Smyth from Hospice Care, and to all who supported her and her family through this difficult journey. There are no calling hours. Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Leo & St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, Holland Patent.
