Jamie,
I don't know if you'll remember me, but we went to Kemble School together & were both Girl Scouts. I remember your mom'e pretty smile and her warmth. She was a good friend to my Aunt Rosalie, with whom she worked at MVCC. My sympathy goes out to you & Jim.

Jim
I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I was fortunate to have met her a few years ago and her memories of your father's baseball career and those times were always fuel for good telephone chats. She was a friendly, wonderful woman.

I was so very sorry to hear about the death of Mrs. Stasaitis. She was a dear friend of my grandmother, and I felt like she was part of the family. I loved seeing her every year during her visits to VA, and she was such a good friend to my grandmother. She would give my sisters and I angel ornaments for Christmas every year. They are all so beautiful, and they will always remind me of the wonderful time I had with Mrs. Stasaitis. I am so sorry that I cannot attend the funeral, but my thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. I'll miss her so much.

I am so very sorry to hear of the death of Mrs. Stasaitis. She was a dear friend of my grandmother's, and I felt like she was family. I was always so excited to see her when she came to VA to visit, and she was always so kind to my family. She bought us angel ornaments for Christmas every year, and I am so glad that I have those to remember her by. I am so sorry that I will not be able to attend the funeral, but know that my thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. I'll miss her deeply.

To Jeans Family:
I knew Jean for many years through working with her at MVCC. We registered many, many students together. She will be missed but not forgotten.

To the Family of Jean Stataitis
I am so sorry to hear of Jean's passing. I worked with her at MVCC and enjoyed her and her husband at the CSEA parties. They were like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers when they were out on the dance floor. Another fond memory I have is being invited with other friends to her beautifully holiday decorated home and comfortably spending the evening with her and a fabulous holiday dinner with all the trimmings. She was quite the hostess.
Jean was always willing to help anyone that came her way. I was co-chairwoman for a CSEA Christmas party one year and Jean and I were talking about the plans. All of a sudden she volunteered to make the centerpieces for the tables for next to nothing. They were absolutely beautiful. In fact, I had mine as my Christmas centerpiece on my dining room table for many years.
She truly loved her family and friends and I am happy to have known her. I know how proud you all were to have had such a wonderful mom and dad and that many fond memories will be with you for many years to come. May God Bless you during this time of grieving and in the coming season.
