Terence J. Mangan, of Dumfries, VA, formerly of Utica, died December 22, 2014, in Woodbridge, VA. Interment will be at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Tower St., Waterville, on May 23, 2015, at 11 AM. All are welcome to attend.
