Angela Perez Alegre, 95 ESCONDIDO -- Angela Perez Alegre passed away Friday, June 5, 2009. She was born August 2, 1913 in Chihuahua, Mexico, and lived in Escondido for 70 years. Angela was married to Jesus Alegre, Sr., for 46 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus; and her sons, Jesus Alegre, Jr., and Willy Alegre. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Richard (Lydia) Alegre, Ramon (Rosa) Alegre, Ernesto (Emma) Alegre, and Margaret Alegre; many grandkids, great-grandkids, and great-great-grandkids. There will be a viewing held between 4 - 8 p.m., Thursday, June 11, at McLeod Mortuary in Escondido. (760-745-2100). A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Friday, June 12, at Saint Mary's Church, Escondido. Burial follows the service at Oak Hill Cemetery in Escondido.
