I lived next door to Howard for 15 years. Whenever I saw him he was always neighborly to me and would exchange pleasantries and shoot the breeze with me if I had time. I am glad that I met him and his wife Pearl. My condolences goes out to the family.

I lived next door to Howard for 15 years and whenever I saw him when he was puttering around his house he always had time to stop and talk a bit. It was much appreciated.
