DIAS, DONALD P. Sept. 30, 1932 to Oct. 24, 2012 Donald was raised in Point Loma, where he developed a passion for fishing, when he started unloading tuna boats at the early age of 10. He eventually followed in his father's footsteps and became a man of the sea. He spent the majority of his life working in the commercial fishing industry, and then moved on to work and later retire from the Coca Cola Bottling Company. He was a loving father and grandfather. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Claudia "Annie" Dias. He is survived by his son Mark, and daughters Karen, Diana, Debbie and Colleen. He had ten grandchildren: Angela, Daniel, Jennifer, Anthony, Nicole, Dawn, Sarah, Jessica, Erica and Steven. He also left behind ten great-grandchildren. He will be missed by all. A private family memorial will be held.
