Helen Elizabeth Klich(1930 - 2013)

Klich, Helen Elizabeth SOLANA BEACH -- "To die would be an awfully big adventure." -J.M. Barrie Helen Elizabeth Klich (nee Harmon) departed for the next great adventure on August 19, 2013. Born in Ohio on December 17, 1930, she married her husband in 1952, Manfred Klich, (deceased); both were educators and graduates of Ohio State University. Helen's MA in Psychology led to careers as a teacher at P.B. Junior High and counselor at Oceanside High and El Camino High Schools. Survivors include son, Chris Klich (Laura Preble); daughter, Karen Hearing; sister, Karen Diane Hammond; brother, Richard Harmon; grandsons, Austin and Noel Klich. A service in celebration of Helen's life will be held at the San Dieguito U.U. Fellowship, 1036 Solana Dr., Solana Beach, CA 92075 at 2 p.m., on September 7th.
