JULIUS A. RUEDI

RUEDI, JULIUS A. May 25, 1922 to January 20, 2013 Born in Billings, MI, to Juliette and Julius Ruedi. He graduated from Billings Senior High School in 1942. He served in the Navy during World War II, flying the Martin Mariner PBM-3C with the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade and was discharged in 1945. He attended Montana State University in Bozeman, MT, graduating in 1952. In 1946 he married Catherine Louise York and they had three children. His employment with McKesson and Robbins took them from Billings, MT, to Sheridan, WY, Yakima, WA, Spokane, WA, and finally to San Diego, CA. He retired in 1987. His wife Kate predeceased him by 14 months He is survived by his three children: Pat Trindle, Jim Ruedi (Jackie Ruedi), and Julie Ruedi (Bob Engler); five grandchildren and five great-grand-children. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the of San Diego.
