FEVANG, MATTHEW J. July 8, 1932 to November 5, 2012 Col. Matthew Fevang (Ret) passed away at age 80. A resident of San Diego, Matt was also a Doctor of Dental Surgery. He is survived by his wife Starla, eight children, and four grandchildren. On November 15th at 12:30 a short service with full military honors will be held at Miramar National Cemetery.
