Maximo Sanchez(1936 - 2014)

Sanchez, Maximo "Boom Boom" OCEANSIDE -- Max Sanchez passed away peacefully at his Oceanside home surrounded by his family on January 26, 2014. Max was born in Trinidad, Co on December 27, 1936. He was the oldest of 15 children. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served nine years during the Korean War. He was fluent in Japanese. He was a 38 year member of the San Diego Laborer's Local 89. Max is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marian Sanchez; his son and daughter-in-law, Alfonso and Rhonda Sanchez; daughter and son-in-law, Gigi and Humberto Moreno; grandchildren, Gilbert, Rebecca, Benji, Vanessa and Lauren; great- grandchildren, Sara, Evangeline, and Josiah; and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Sara Marie. Rest in Peace, Tata. We love you with all our hearts & soul. You will always be in our hearts. Til the day we are all together again...
