Left to mourn her are her daughters Linda L. McCarthy and Lisa Liebert; son-in-law Michael Liebert; treasured "granddogs" Esme, Sheba and Tristan; granddaughter Linda M. McCarthy; great granddaughters Xochitl and Maya Gonzalez McCarthy and Annalisa Ortiz; sister Betty Isleb; lifelong friend Marilyn Peglow (Robert); a nephew and niece; cousins; grandnieces; and the many whose lives Pat touched with her loving and selfless kindness, caring and charity. A private funeral mass was held at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Newport Beach, CA, on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Pat's earthly place of rest will be Christ Cathedral Memorial Gardens, Garden Grove, CA. Donations of time and/or treasure to the San Diego Humane Society or to any no-kill animal shelter or wolf rescue would honour Pat's deep love and concern for animals, especially those homeless and/or suffering. "How small a part of time they share, That are so wondrous sweet and fair." Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
