David J. Graff Obituary
Graff, David J. SAN DIEGO-- David Graff, a resident of Las Vegas, died of cancer in Seattle on July 15, 2013, he was 69. Dave was born and raised in Seattle, where he attended Lincoln High School. In 1961 he joined the U.S. Army and served as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division. Following his military service, Dave returned to Seattle and began his lifelong career in the electrical industry working for General Electric. After moving to California, he and his partners established Tri Electric Supply in San Marcos and later acquired Service Electric Supply in Las Vegas. At the time of his death he was employed as District Manager for Crescent Electric Supply Company in Las Vegas. His sister, Betty Francis and his parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his beloved wife Deborah, his daughter Lisa Hultgren (Helge) of Escondido, two sons Christopher (Tracy) of Goodyear and James (Julie) of San Diego, and two stepchildren, Troy Davis (Eva) and Lyndsay Greno of San Diego. There are five surviving siblings, three sisters Shirley Nelson, Dorla Kittoe and Margie Anderson and two brothers William and Robert. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren, Michael, Brittney, Christian, Rachel, Adam, Jack and Helena. He loved and was loved by each of them. Dave was an avid golfer and fan of the sport. If he wasn't working, he was often on the course with a friend, colleague, one of his sons, or most recently one of his grandsons. His friends and family will miss those special times with him. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 7, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Siena Golf Club, 10575 Siena Monte Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89135. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of David Graff to the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
