Obituary Condolences

LOVCI, FRANCES June 20, 1920 to January 14, 2013 Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Frances was a simple small town gal who later worked for Nebraska Senator Butler on Washington's Capital Hill. There she met her husband, a dashing army officer. They moved to Falls Church, Virginia, and she was the quintessential wife and mom of her day, girl scout leader and room mother. As a young widow, Frances returned to Omaha where she worked in social services for Veterans Administration Hospital until her retirement in San Diego. Frances is survived by her daughter, Joni Lovci, of San Diego and two sisters, Alvira Walsh of SD and Mary Patricia Snyder of Omaha. Viewing will be from 11-1 on January 30 at El Camino, Imperial Avenue. Memorial service will be held on January 31 at 11:30 at Immaculata Church.
