HARRIS, GERALD W. Gerald W. Harris, 84, of Battle Creek, Michigan, died February 4, 2013. He served in the U.S. Navy during Korea and upon return worked at George Washington Hospital as an OR Tech. He is survived by his sister Phyllis (Elmer) Chadwick of Michigan; sister-in-law Betty Harris; and many nieces and nephews. Gerald will be placed to rest at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, Michigan at a later date. The family is being served by Shaw Funeral Home, Battle Creek, Michigan. www.shawfuneralhome.com
