HOPE A. BELL Obituary
BELL, HOPE A. Hope A. Bell, age 94, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 16, 2012, at her home in San Diego. She was born on November 12, 1918 to parents Everind and Annabelle Milne in Saskatchewan, Canada, and moved to San Diego, California in 1931. She was a graduate of Hoover High School and San Diego Business College, and went on to become a bookkeeper. She was married to William Bell, who predeceased her in 1974. Hope is survived by her daughter Nancy, son Carl, brother Crosby and his wife Betty, former daughter-in-law Lisa, and four beautiful grandchildren, Chelsea, Sarah, Josie and Adam. Hope was an extraordinary woman and her selflessness and concern for the welfare of others was remarkable. She was an incredible source of strength and inspiration to her family and friends. We are all so blessed to have known Hope, and our lives are so much richer because of her. A viewing will be held at Featheringill Mortuary on Wednesday, September 26, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The service starts at 12 p.m. with a burial to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery where she'll be buried next to her husband, Bill.
