Our family wants to thank the Lowes' Family for their compassion and help during Sandi's difficult times. Sandi was predeceased by her twin sister Susan Carver in Dec. 2006. Sandi is survived by three sisters, Joan Koch, Kay Smith and Judi Carlstrom (Steve). She leaves many cousins, nieces, nephews, and her love and soul-mate Andy Valadez and many friends who loved her and will miss her very much. Here are some words from her sisters! "I remember the day you were born, you were soo tiny, I held you in the palm of my hand. I'll remember you in my heart forever," Joni. "Sandi left us too soon. After all her surgeries and hard work, she deserved a longer life. I'm glad every time we talked, it ended with, I Love You. I'll miss you very much." Love, Kay "I will always cherish the countless times we have spent together and I hope these memories will help to soften my pain of losing you and will soon replace my tears with smiles. How I miss you, dear Sandi." Judi There will be a celebration of life at a private location on Sunday, April 28, 2013, at 1 p.m. Please call the family for directions.
