WILLIAM W. LEOPOLD Obituary
LEOPOLD, WILLIAM W. William W. Leopold passed away November 20, 2012 in San Diego, California. He was born December 23, 1928 in Rensselaer, Indiana to Glenn H. Leopold and Pauline Leopold. He attended Indiana University and served in the U. S. Army. He spent most of his professional life working for the Small Business Administration in Washington, D.C. He was an active member of the Republican Party and a proud member of the Shriners. After retiring Mr. Leopold moved to San Diego. He loved to travel and was an avid patron of the arts. Bill will be remembered as a great friend and true gentleman. He was predeceased by his parents and his foster sister Anne (Ford) Stafford. Mr. Leopold is survived by his dear friend and companion Marie Madison, and his foster sister's daughters Nancy (Richard) Kreiser of San Ramon, CA, Mary Stafford (Douglas Lindsay) of Burr Ridge, IL, and Polly (S. Eugene) Johnson of Cameron Park, CA as well as his lifelong friends and their families. In accordance with his wishes, no funeral services are planned at this time.
