Forrest, or Dick, as he was known by many, was founder, owner and president of Hamilton Electric Inc. of Toano. He loved music, travel and most of all, spending time on the water. Everyone loved his warm smile, kindness and his fun nature. He will be remembered by his employees as a fair, generous and honest employer. He will be missed by all, but we will find comfort in our memories and in knowing he is now resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He leaves behind family and great friends who will forever have him in their hearts.
Dick was predeceased by his parents, Frances and Winton Hamilton and his nephew, Robert Sheldon II. He is survived by his daughter, Chelsea Hamilton-Rondi; his granddaughter, Valerie; and his son-in-law, Tim Rondi. He is also survived by six siblings, Marilyn Hamilton-Wold, Lynn Geddy, Christine Hamilton-Petteys, Dean Hamilton, Sherry McKown, and Eric Hamilton; nieces and nephews, Clif Martin, Renee Koob, Stephanie Sheldon, Lydia Smith, Stacy and Bret Petteys, Rob McKown, and Kelli Collamore; great-nieces and nephews, Rebecca and Ethan Martin, Collin and Aubree Koob, Bryan Sheldon, Blake Branch, Cody Sheldon, Molly Sharpe, Alonna Collamore; and great-great-niece and nephews, Bryanna, Anthony, and John Austin Richardson-Sheldon.
