Karen Rush Dzula, 57, of Williamsburg, passed away on Jan. 12, 2013. She was born on Sept. 19, 1955, in Farmville to Ellison Edmond Rush Jr. and Cynthia Ferguson Rush.
She is survived by her husband, David Dzula; one son, Joseph Ellison Balbaugh of N.Y.; one daughter, Chrystal Dawn Lewis and her husband, Jimmy, of Colonial Heights; three sisters, Betsy Rush of Wylliesburg, Cristy Wallace of Boydton, and Alison Waymer of Oxford, N.C.; and four grandchildren, William Robert Taylor, James Lewis, Nicholas Lewis and Dalton Lewis.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 17, at 2 p.m. at Wylliesburg Baptist Church with the Rev. George Vaughn officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the
