WILLIAMSBURG - Theodore D. Greenhow answered the Master's call on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. He was a longtime member of Chickahominy Baptist Church and he faithfully served his church as a Deacon. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves to treasure his blessed memories, his devoted wife, Martha W. Greenhow; his children, Theodora Greenhow-Wilson ( Ronnie) and William E. Greenhow; his sisters, Mahilda Brown, Mary Smith, Dorothy Walston and Minge Berkley; his brothers, James Chapman (Myrtle) and Bernard Meekins (Christine); his grandchildren, Ronisha Wilson, Rochelle Wilson and Jairus Wallace; his great-granddaughter, Kenli Marshall; his aunts, Hattie Cox and Pauline Carrington; his sister-in-law, Maretha Greenhow; and a host of other loving relatives and many caring friends. A funeral service celebrating the life he lived, will be held 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, in Chickahominy Baptist Church with the Rev. Corwin R. Hammond officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at 4697 Centerville Road by 12:00 noon on Wednesday. Deacon Greenhow may be viewed from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday in Whiting's Funeral Home.
