Obituary Condolences

Ann Alexander Baker, of Williamsburg, passed away peacefully on Oct. 6, 2012 after a brief illness.
She is survived by her daughter, Holly Baker Richard (Mark) and grandchildren, Jeff & Jordan Richard of Midlothian, VA; son, Steven J. Baker (Beata) of Sammamish, WA; sister, Brenda Alexander Martin of Mechanicsville, VA; and dear friends, Charlotte & Joe Terry and Polly Rowlette.
Ann graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Richmond and Madison College. She was employed as a teacher and most recently as a library assistant at Williamsburg Regional Library.
Ann enjoyed reading and activities with friends and family. Ann was outgoing, had a great sense of humor and never met a stranger. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Bucktrout of Williamsburg, Sat., Oct. 13, 11 a.m., followed by a private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Williamsburg Regional Library.
