Mark Andrew Cholick, (1951-2010) 58, of Rio Hondo, TX, Beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother entered into eternal rest on April 6, 2010
Preceded in death by his father, Clement Cholick,
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Kay; his two sons, Marcus, Michael, and daughter, Stacey; two bright and beautiful grandchildren, Eric Rivera and Gage Cholick; his mother Mary, four sisters, Sharon (Jim) Alexander, Nancy, Mary Ellen (Steve) Bauer, Monica (Doak) Duncan, and two brothers, John, David (Lisa).
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 8, 2010 from 1PM to9PM with a holy rosary to be recited at 7PM. Funeral mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, April 9, 2010 at 2PM at St. Helen's Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Marcus Cholick, David Cholick, John Cholick, Timothy Cholick, Taylor Cholick and Steve Bauer
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Trinity at Harrison Funeral Home. 1002 E. Harrison Harlingen, TX.

Dear Sharon,
I recall spending many, many days at your family home in the midst of so many brothers and sisters. Mark was a sweet-natured, easy-going young man who had a certain wit about him that always made me laugh. I was struck as to how much he favored Clement in the photo! Please know my thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of you. Please also extend my sincerest condolences to Kay and their children, and to your sweet Mama.

Monica, I am so sorry to hear about your brother's death. I think of ya'll as part of my childhood Rio Hondo-Country family because my mother's family knew you all. Marcella Gonzales, daughter of Manuel F. Gonzales family that lived out in La Tina. This is such a sad time for you and I wanted you to know that you are in my prayers. Your brother was a wonderful, hardworking man that shared the love of the earth and one who nurtured people in his community.
