Carpio D. Flores entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 8, 2010. He was born on August 5, 1934 in Harlingen to Manuel and Fidelia Flores and is preceded in death by his wife Amalia Flores in 2003 and parents.
He is survived by his loving children; Crispin Flores, Mary (Mario) Garza, Jesus Librado (Olga) Flores, Margarita (Noe) Garcia, Dina (Rudy) Juarez, Rosalinda (Abraham) Castro all of Harlingen, Maria Luisa Hernandez of San Antonio, Jose Luis (Lupita) Flores of Harlingen, 24 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin today, Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the Rudy Garza Chapel of Peace from 9 am until 9 pm with a recitation of the holy rosary at 7 pm.
The funeral procession will depart on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 9:30 am for a funeral service at 10 am to be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park Cemetery.
Honored to serve, as pallbearers are Jason Matthew Flores, Victor Garcia, David D. Flores, Jacob Andrew Flores, Carpio Flores and Adam Juarez.
