. BASSO (nee Dombroski) . Micheline Wanda "Mickie" . 1933 - 2016 Passed away suddenly but peacefully in North Vancouver at the age of 82 years. Mickie is predeceased by her husband Dave Basso, four brothers and two sisters. Survived by siblings Alf, Rose, Alb and daughters Terrie (Orlando), Elaine (Mike), Rose (Dave), Laura (John), Linda (Dave), fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A Catholic Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 21 at 11:00am at St. Edmunds Parish, 545 Mahon Avenue, North Vancouver. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the S.P.C.A. .

BERRY, Lenore Audrey (Greenough)  
BERRY, Lenore Audrey (Nee Greenough) December 30, 1956 - May 14, 2016 Lenore Berry of Langley and formerly of Abbotsford passed on May 14, 2016 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Over the years Lenore had worked in Vancouver, Langley, and most recently with Student's First Chocolate in Abbotsford. Lenore attended school in North Vancouver. She leaves behind her husband, Don, daughter Dawn (Dylan) Nolt, son Cory Landry, grandchildren Declan and Dakota, sister Pat Minler of Langley, sister-in-law Christine (John) Smillie, mother-in-law Irene Hampton of Maple Ridge, and nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 1:30 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford. BITCON, Edith  
. BITCON, Edith . August 7, 1928 - June 15, 2016 Edith passed away after a brief illness in the Richmond General Hospital. She was predeceased by her loving Jake Paetkau in 1995. She leaves behind her husband Bob Bitcon and his children Andrew, Nancy, Roberta and their families. She will be dearly missed by her brother Dave Wiens in Ottawa and her many nieces and nephews and all of their families. Edith was born in Warren, Manitoba. She took teachers training in Winnipeg and taught at Currie School in Bagot. With her move to British Columbia, she worked for Canada Packers in Chilliwack for four years. She started working for Canada Safeway in Vancouver and worked there for thirty-seven years, retiring in 1988. Edith was a fun loving adventurer, always travelling, golfing, volunteering and enjoying a busy life with her friends and family. She was loved and will be missed by so many. Edith asked to be cremated. A service of thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 2 pm. at St. Anne's Anglican Church, 4071 Francis Road, Richmond, BC. In lieu of flowers, Edith asked that donations be made to the Fraser Valley Gleaners Society.
