RICHARDSON - Thérèse (Terri) Marguerite Jeanne née Couespel July 6, 1924 – September 27, 2013 Thérèse passed away peacefully, less than a month after her beloved husband of 67 years, Geoff, in Delta Hospice. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she is greatly missed by daughter Suzanne (Gabriel Mazoret) of North Vancouver, son David (Annette Kehler) of Grande Prairie, grandchildren Jennifer (Gordon Gardiner) and great grandson Nathan (Airdrie), and Allison (Grande Prairie). Terri was born in Watford, England of French parents. She trained as a clerk stenographer and served as such in WWII in the RAF. Terri stayed at home to raise the children and was very involved in her children's lives. She also volunteered for a variety of organizations. Geoff retired in 1986 and together they moved to Tsawwassen and lawn bowled, played bridge, and enjoyed and danced their way on many cruises in many parts of the world. They enjoyed their last few years at the Waterford Residence. A funeral mass for Thérèse will be held at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 1360 East 24th Street, (and Mountain Highway), North Vancouver, on Friday October 11, 2013 at 11:00 am. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
