Ken passed away suddenly Sun. Feb. 10 at the age of 68. He is survived by his wife, Alice, sons Victor (Shirley), David (Jolene), Wesley, 7 grandchildren, his father Ken Sr. and 3 siblings, predeceased by his mother Corrie. Born in the Netherlands, Ken immigrated to Burnaby with his family in 1960. He married his loving wife Alice in 1968. He graduated from the U of Alta in 1971 and started a successful dental practice in Burnaby. He was loved by his patients and respected by his colleagues. Ken led an active life playing various sports, vacationing with family, and travel. He was a devoted father and loved to serve his wife. Ken was a generous, compassionate man to everyone he met. A smile always on his face, a big caring heart, Ken will forever be remembered for his fun-loving nature and sense of humor. His devotion to friends and family made him a man that many respected. He loved the Lord and was always ready to serve Him. Ken will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts. Viewing/Visitation Friday, February 15 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services at 3070-275a st, Aldergrove. Interment Sat. Feb. 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Cemetery 14644-72ave Surrey. Celebration of Life Sat. February 16, 2:00 p.m. at Fleetwood Christian Reformed Church, 9165-160 St. Surrey.
