LOURENCO, Lindsey Brianne Ramslie
18, passed away at Canuck Place in Vancouver on March 14, 2013 after battling Leukemia for almost six years. Lindsey was born on July 18, 1994, daughter of Tony and Darlene (Ramslie) Lourenco. She graduated with first class honours from Enver Creek Secondary School in Surrey. She received the Everest Award for facing extraordinary and challenging obstacles throughout her high school years. Lindsey was BC Children's Hospital Champion Child for 2012 and raised awareness and funding for our hospital. Lindsey is also the brainchild and face of a new national campaign at Dairy Queen: "Lindsey's Cakes For Miracles." Lindsey is survived by her loving parents, Tony and Darlene Lourenco and by her twin sister and best friend, Sadie Lourenco. She is also survived by her grandparents, Boaventura and Catarina Lourenco and great- grandmother Amelia Andrade. Lindsey will also be dearly missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
