William Howard Geen

William Howard Geen November 30, 1942 - December 21, 2012 After a brief illness, William Howard Geen passed away on December 21st, 2012 at McKenny Creek Hospice in Maple Ridge. He was surrounded by his family and friends and always in the thoughts of his out of town family and friends.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Elaine [Lainey], Surrey, daughter Darlene [Steve] Muri, Little Fort, son Bill Geen, Cloverdale. Sisters, Valma Bouillet & Sharon Robinson, brother Bob [Dorothy], Maple Ridge. Grandsons, Josh [Caitlin], Vernon, Theo [Tynel], Salmon Arm, Alex [Melanie], Little Fort, Brendan, Cloverdale. Great-grandsons, Nathan & Ryan, and great-granddaughter, Axtynn. Brother-in-law, Jim [Dawn Ann] Byers, Surrey. Also survived by ex-wife Ellen Shaw, Enderby, and close friends, the Caines and Aldred families. Predeceased by his parents, Howard and Helen Geen.

Bill worked at Western Canada Steel for 29 years prior to starting a new phase of his life at lotto booths at Evergreen Mall & Safeway 152nd St. in Surrey. Bill was known by many people as "Lucky Lotto Bill".

The family would also like the thank Dr. Hepburn for his many years of exceptional care.
