ADOLPH _ Donald William It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Don Adolph. He was born in Baynes Lake, BC on September 8th, 1921 and died on June 8th, 2005, surrounded and supported during his final illness by the love and devotion of his family. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Valerie, his daughter Laurie (David), son Andrew, grandsons Brendan and Curtis and brother Joseph. Don joined the Calgary Highlanders at the outbreak of WWII. After being invalided home he joined the Merchant Navy, serving on the 'Park' ships. He worked for many years for Millar and Brown in Burnaby. Don was a devoted family man. He could make or fix almost anything, including his 32' boat 'Chimera 3'. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Fraser Heights Chapel, 14835 Fraser Highway in Surrey. No flowers by request. Fraser Heights Chapel (604) 589-2559
