Evelyn spent her remaining days in Lions Gate Hospital and though she had real medical problems, her family believes she died of a broken heart from the passing of Harry, her husband of 65 years. During that time, she was visited and consoled by all of her immediate family. Evelyn is survived by her daughters Susan and Brenda, granddaughters Laura and Melissa, grandson James, sons in law Steve and Dan, and great grand-daughter Anastasia.
Evelyn's family would like to thank all of the compassionate staff at Lions Gate Hospital that took good care of her in the final weeks of her life.
