It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Henry (Hank) Robert Battagliola who died peacefully at Crossroads Hospice in Port Moody on February 26, 2013, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Predeceased by his first wife Carol, he will be missed dearly by his wife Halina; daughter Danielle (Gidio); son John (Crystal); grandchildren Dallace, Sutton, Carlaya, Declan, Kahlil; brother John; sister-in-law Karen; and several other brothers and sisters-in law, nieces, and nephews. Hank served in the US Navy as a young man, then went on to start a family in Vancouver, BC and became a successful business man. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, spending time with his family, but most of all his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed in our lives. We would like to thank the staff at Crossroads Hospice. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 2nd at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Crossroads Hospice in Port Moody.
