Kenneth William Chatt June 5, 1929 - May 3, 2018 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ken Chatt. Ken is survived by his wife of 65 years, Kathleen, and his 7 children Leonard (Linda), Stephen (Marjie), Shirley (Bruce), Alan (Jennifer), Laura (Gilbert), Joan (Gary), David (Cindy). His grandchildren Alec, Bryan, Kyle (Wallis), Larissa, Sarah (Jeremy), Stephanie, Amanda, Jeremy, Lexi, Aimee (Craig), Erin, Travis, Katie (Clayton), Kelsey, and Tyler. He was so happy to get his "hand full" of great grandchildren Owen, Cody, Tilly, Chloe, and Emery.

Ken grew up in Burnaby with his parents Alec and Nancy, and brother Peter (Jackie). He and Kay married in 1953, and moved to Anmore in Sept 1956, and built their forever home. He was a carpenter and worked in the maintenance dept. of SFU. Retiring in 1992 allowed him to garden and work his land with Kay. His true passion flourished in his shop where he turned wood into art as all his hand crafted pieces became treasured heirlooms which were given to family and friends.

Ken was also an accomplished target shooter representing BC and Canada on the Canadian National teams. In 1962 he competed in Egypt at the World Championships, he also competed in Britian and USA.

Ken loved his wife, family and home. He was a very proud man.

Dad will be deeply missed by us all.
