October 22,1921 / June 16, 2012. Margaret, a remarkable, kind visionary passed away at the age of 90. A devoted family woman, wise physician, and selfless volunteer for countless secular and Jewish organizations, Margaret was a trailblazer in her generation. Born and raised in Toronto to Clement and Violet Mullinger, she graduated from Medicine at the University of Toronto in 1946. With further training in Vancouver, Boston, Toronto and Philadelphia she eventually established her pediatric gastroenterology practice, did research and published, and taught UBC medical students at the Vancouver General followed by the Vancouver Children's Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Dr. Abraham (Al) Bogoch in 2004, she leaves her children Sarah (Terry), David, Ruth (Ivan), and 6 grandchildren -Sam (Ginger), Alexa, Dan, Adam, Hillel, and Benjamin to carry on her quiet determined legacy of making this world a better place.
