Ray Germaine July 29, 1928 - January 28, 2013 Ray will be forever remembered by daughters Lorraine (Mark) and Lorette (Ronnie), Grandchildren Sydney, David, Ariana (Simon) and Chris, Great-Grandson Toby, Special Friend Ren, Brother-in-law Ken, Niece Susanne, Nephew Mitch, and many other special family members and friends. Before his retirement and subsequent move to Vancouver, Ray was a proud and long-time owner of various Edmonton businesses, which included both Clock and Calder IGA stores. He was an active member of the Glendale Golf & Country Club and enjoyed participating in various sports, including Racquetball. In his retirement years, Ray loved to spend a great deal of his time in Hawaii, sipping on a Mai Tai and overlooking the sandy shores of Waikiki while working on his most enviable dark tropical tan. Aloha Ray - we will miss your beautiful smile. In lieu of flowers, donations to a German Shepherd Rescue of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
