ARTHURS, Kenneth Ken March 8, 1954 February 5, 2011Ken passed away peacefully with his family by his bedside at the age of 56. He was predeceased by his father, Donald in 1986. Ken will be deeply missed by his loving wife & best friend Olga of 34 years, daughter Jennifer (Barry), his mother Betsy, sister Donna (Lorne), sister-in-law Grace (Geoff), Donna (Bill), treasured friend Jean Mori, as well as many nieces & nephews. Ken will be forever honoured as a loving husband, father, friend to many and a gentleman to all. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal Love leaves a memory no one can steal. Our family is eternally grateful to Dr. Richard Nakamura, the doctors, nurses and staff at Royal Columbian Hospital for making the last days of his life as comfortable as possible, they truly are angels. A Celebration of Ken's life will be held on Saturday, February 19th, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. in First Memorial Burkeview Chapel, 1340 Dominion Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C. Children's Hospital in Ken's memory would be greatly appreciated.
