ROBÊRGE, Edward (Eddie) Luvern
February 1930 – August 2014
Passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospice. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret (Betty); daughter Carol Ann (Smith) Robêrge; sons Terrence (Carmina), Paul (Sheree); grandchildren Whitney, Katrina (Wade), Brandon, Dillon and Ryker. Eddie was born in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan and attended Wilcox Athol Murray College of Notre Dame. He made Deep Cove his home in 1950, where he met his wife Betty. They were married in 1954. Eddie was well known in the construction industry working with Deeks- McBride Ltd. And Lafarge Concrete in 1955 until he retired in 1995. Ed was a loving, caring person and had a generous heart of gold. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and travelling; showing dogs for the last 30 years was his passion. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, August 22, 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Parish, 1150 Mount Seymour Rd, North Vancouver. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
