David Maroun

MAROUN David August 19, 1941 - May 27, 2009 David Peter Maroun passed away peacefully at Cascade Hospice in Chilliwack late in the evening of May 27, 2009. David was an intelligent, creative man with many interests. He taught both physics and computer classes throughout his life. Most recently, he was an instructor for UCFV until 2004 in their Continuing Studies programs. David was a talented photographer who most enjoyed capturing the beauty of nature and people. His cat Layla was his loyal companion until the end, and he took many pictures of his little friend lazying around the house and yard. David spent time living in Vancouver and Ladner before moving to Chilliwack in 1982. He was a loyal and caring man and will be greatly missed. Special thanks go to Dr. Howard Bright and all the staff and volunteers at CGH Nu5 and Cascade Hospice. As per David's request, there will be no service.
