Growing up, Harley owned most of the board playing monopoly with family. It evolved to success as a Realtor, owning White Rock Realty. His agents knew him as generous and giving. Loved to entertain. He shared and gave so much that was unknown to the recipients. He had great years, acquired many properties but the 80's high interest rates were devastating and it was hard to overcome his huge losses, and heart breaking tragedies. He still enjoyed Real Estate sales but was happiest driving and being with a road construction crew until he retired.
