SHULTZ, Ann 1910 - 2011 Ann Shultz passed away peacefully on September 19, having celebrated her 100th birthday last December 3. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 68 years, Dr. Victor Shultz, in 2002. She is survived by her son Clayton, daughter-in-law, Donna, grandchildren Elizabeth (Lizz) Hunter (Shawn Parker) and Stirling Shultz (Teresa Shultz), and great-grandchildren Lachlan Hunter and Evelyn and Jack Shultz together with sister-in-law Betty Eaton (brother Ernest, deceased), brother Tim Eaton (Daisy), and nephew David Eaton (Evelyn) and family. Mom will be remembered for her gracious hospitality, her impeccable homemaking, her outstanding ability as a dressmaker and creator of needlepoint art, and most of all for her incredible apple pies. The family is grateful for the loving care given to Mom by the staff at Peace Portal Lodge - especially Anne - and at Rosemary Heights, with special thanks to Rupinder, who gave much comfort to Ann during her final years. We are particularly grateful for the caring medical attention provided to Vic and Ann by Dr. David Anderson for the past 22 years. A service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 14, in the Garden of Remembrance at the Church of the Holy Trinity in White Rock, the Rev. Neil Gray officiating; Vic and Ann will be together again. A reception will follow at the home of Stirling and Teresa. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to the Alzheimer's Society.
